Petra is a unique luxury villa to rent in Paros that offers the ultimate Greek holiday experience. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (5 double bedrooms and 1 Guest room) and offers a vast variety of amenities that add the feeling of a five-star-resort.

It has its own unique decor minimal style with cosy spacious rooms that ensure a tranquil and restful sleep. The unique design of this exceptional villa provides lots of light and comfortable leisure options, from the substantial open-plan living space with captivating views of the sea. It has been designed by the use of natural stone and whitewashed wood, environmental friendly materials, combining the traditional architecture with the modern one, satisfying the highest expectations of the tenants who look for luxury and privacy in Greek islands.

The ground floor, which is also the entrance level, consists of a modern living area with a fantastic open fully equipped kitchen which has direct access to the veranda, creating the feeling of a continuity between the interior and the exterior.

On the first floor, an impressive double Master en-suite bedroom with a large wardrobe, is the most impressive room of the Villa. The magnificent veranda with wooden deck offers magnificent views of the swimming pool. On the lower level, there are 2 Master en-suite bedrooms. In the mid-way from the Main House to the left wing, an additional kitchenette and a laundry room with two washing/drying machines is found.

On the left wing, 2 more Master en-suite bedrooms with Kings Sized beds, can accommodate 4 further guests. Moving further to the upper level of the Villa, an independent guest house of 40 sq. can host 4 more guests in Queen size beds. There is a shared bathroom and another kitchenette.

The real fun begins when you visit the outdoor living spaces! A spacious dining and seating area with amazing views to the sea and Naxos island. Enjoy a sunset cocktail or relax on the lounge area and exercise during the afternoon. The large infinity pool (5x15m), the multiple sun beds, the shaded areas create a unique summer feeling.
