On the ground floor there is a fully open plan equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining table, two living rooms decorated with contemporary art pieces and a lounge room that connects the elevator with the first living room. There is also one bedroom with private bathroom and a veranda where someone can relax. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with private bathroom and access to the terrace with sea views to Antiparos. There are also two guest houses on the ground floor with one bedroom and a private bathroom each, which can be ideal for teenagers or nanny. There is also one spare room with one bedroom, a private bathroom and a small living room.

The outdoor areas consists of a private infinity pool and a garden with a spacious outdoor pergola and sun deck which creates a unique evening atmosphere.
