Villa Kaia

Villa Kaia is a luxury 6-bedroom villa rental with a private beach and panoramic sea views located in Heraklion, just 20’ away from N. Kazantzakis airport. Quietly set in this area, seems as the perfect choice for a group of friends or families.

On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen and a large living room with a dining table, sofa, TV and fireplace. Wide sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the living room with the pool area at the same time, while overlooking the spectacular Heraklion bay view.

Villa Kaia features 6-double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. In the first master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to the office area. Master bedroom 1 has a large balcony and a breathtaking sea view.

In the second master bedroom, there is also a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and large balcony. The highlight of this bedroom is the luxury floor-standing bathtub next to a curved glass wall  with unobstructed sea view. The third bedroom features a double bed, sea view and balcony.

In the fourth bedroom there is a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and has a garden view. In the fifth bedroom there is a king-size bed, has private bathroom with shower and private kitchen as well. On the lower level, there is a cozy bedroom. There is a sixth double bedroom and two additional bathrooms with shower at the top and ground floor respectively. On the same level, you may find a private gym and the laundry room which features a washing and a drying machine.

Tip: put the clothes to be washed into the laundry chute and they’ll be landing straight to the laundry basket at underground laundry.

If you need some time to work or stay alone, there is a small office with a sea view on the upper floor equipped with a powerful MAC. The villa also features an infinity heated pool (available at an extra cost).

All linens and towels are eco-friendly, while all toiletries are made by luxury Greek brands. A welcome basket with snacks, fresh fruits and the the best local wine will be prepared upon arrival for you and your group.
