The residence is decorated with modern furnishings, comprises of three levels and a terraced well-kept garden.

At the entrance level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with modern dining area, an open plan spacious living area with a fireplace and a cosy lounge area. The kitchen has access to two terraces as a further option to eat in the open air. The living room opens to a great furnished veranda with sea view, while on the opposite side someone can find the master bedroom with enjoyable sea view both directly from the bed and from the private balcony with sea view. On this courtyard, there is also a guest room with 3 single beds suitable for teenagers and children attached to a bathroom with shower. This room has both exterior door and also connected with interior door with the ground floor main house

The upper floor has a private entrance and consists of a guest en-suite bedroom with King size bed with 2 sofa beds and access to a spacious roof veranda with great panoramic views of the Aegean and Naxos island.

Another separate entrance from the main courtyard leads to the lower level where a spacious en-suite bedroom with shower and living area is to be found. A large window lets the sun and fresh air come into the room.

The outdoor areas consist of a garden with a spacious outdoor pergola, bbq and sundeck which creates a unique evening atmosphere. The newly build swimming pool invites you to soak till the late hours.
