This amazing residence is set upon a ridge over the Ionian Sea overlooking Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle) with a magnificent unobstructed view of the azure blue sea, approximately 200 meters from the nearest beach. The villa is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine on a plot of about 10.000 sqm providing an environment of privacy and tranquility.

Combining modern design with comfort, the villa offers the proper environment for relaxation. The house is spacious and bright, offering a true feeling of relaxation and tranquility with the sound of the sea.

The villa is a two-story air-conditioned building with elevator and has wooden floors throughout. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace perfect for your relaxing nights at home. There is also a large dining area, an office and a comfy sitting area. A luminous large kitchen with granite floor is waiting for you to prepare hearty meals. On the same level, you will find a store room, a guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. A large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea is ideal to gaze at the infinite blue of Greece.

The upper floor consists of four guest rooms, one with fire place. The two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi to take relaxation to a whole new level. There is also a private playroom featuring a multi gym, a ping pong table and a dart board. The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout.

All of the bedrooms have large verandas with fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island. One can see as far as the Peloponnese.

Villa Zahara can also be distinguished by its outdoor-spaces. Featuring a private swimming pool, an outdoor barbeque and dining table where guests can enjoy a delicious meal under the stars.
