Villa Tonia is a private villa with pool in Tinos that offers amazing Aegean sea views. It is located at the outskirts of Triandaros village, at the southern part of Tinos, overlooking the Aegean sea and the islands of Mykonos, Delos and Syros. The location of this property with the stunning view, is only 10min drive from the main town and the port and 7-10min drive from the beautiful and protected beaches of Agios Focas and Agios Sostis.

The villa is 250 sqm and is consisted of two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fire place perfect even for more cold nights of autumn. There is a big dining room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen ideal for your gatherings with your friends. There is also a double bedroom with garden view and en-suite bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a big veranda with sea view. There is one double bedroom with a mezzanine accommodating 4 persons with a separate bathroom and a big veranda and balcony with sea view. There is also one bedroom with sofa bed, converted into two single beds, with separate bathroom and a balcony with sea and garden view. Apart from the main house there is also a guest house with a double bed and a built-in sofa bed, one kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

Moving outside is where the truly fun begins! The private swimming pool is the perfect spot for lazy hours gazing the infinite Aegean blue. The owner uses ozone for the water treatment. Next to the pool there is a shaded, very comfortable lounging area with pool bar. Relax under the beautifully shaded veranda with sofas and enjoy your lunch with famous local products at the shaded dining area.

Though Tinos is usually as a top summer choice, it is also ideal for off season travellers: the high quality of this villa and the fireplace ensure a cosy experience all-year round!
