Villa Thalia

Villa Thalia is perfect for families, friends and couples as she can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 spacious double bedrooms.

This villa is situated in the southeast side of Tinos, in an advantageous location with close proximity to one of the best, unspoiled villages in the Aegean. Nested close to Triantaros and Berdemiaros villages, this villa offers a privileged Aegean sea view. The closest beach is 8 km drive away, while Tinos main town is a 15 minute drive.

The villa keeps the traditional character of Cyclades islands, completely stone-built (with local stone by traditional crafters) in contemporary minimal style in white and grey tones. Walls are white with polished cement floorings creating a special atmosphere. On the ground floor, the house features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV, stereo system and air condition and a lovely dining table for 6. There are also two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and ceiling fans.

On the first floor there is the master en-suite bedroom with air-condition and amazing sea views! On the lower floor, there is a twin en-suite bedroom.

Moving outside is where the truly fun begins! The private eco friendly swimming pool is the perfect spot for lazy hours gazing the infinite Aegean blue. Under the beautifully designed pergola, protected by the island’s strong meltemi winds, the guests can enjoy delicious meals and bbq with the famous local products of the island. A lovely small church is also available if you would like to organize your wedding!

Though Tinos is usually as a top summer choice, it is also ideal for off season travellers: the high quality of this villa and the brand new heating system ensure a cosy experience all-year round!
