Villa Susan comprises of three buildings. Building A consists of 3 levels. On the top floor there is one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a spacious living room and a private veranda to enjoy the sea views. The ground floor comes with a spacious living room with a fireplace, an elegant dining area and an open plan fully equipped kitchen that adds a warm feeling to your guests. On the lower level, there is a TV room, an indoors gym area, a hamam perfect for spa sessions and a bathroom.

At Building B there is on the top floor a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a spacious living room and a private veranda. There are also two private dressing rooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with extra sofa-bed, en suite bathrooms and private entrance. The lower level comes with a spacious living room with a fireplace, an elegant dining area and an open plan fully equipped kitchen that adds a warm feeling to your guests.

Building C has 2 levels. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with extra sofa-bed, en suite bathrooms and private entrance and on the lower level there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The two areas are connected making the villa ideal for families.

Moving outside there is a captivating infinite swimming pool where you can sunbathe laying on the comfy sun beds and stunning views of the sea. Let your mood guide you and simply pick your preferred spot at the garden to relax reading your favorite book. There is also a yoga meditation area for those who want to meditate while they are admiring the infinite blue. Enjoy a sunset cocktail by the pool or exercise during the afternoon. It’s an experience you’ll never forget, living the Greek island lifestyle in the comfort of your own villa by the bay.

The love and attention the owners put in the creation of this private heaven emerges in much of the property detailing, giving it the welcoming feeling of a loving home. All living spaces are large and luminous, painted in uniform white. In this way, the sometimes riotously colored paintings and artifacts assume greater prominence.
