Villa Sophianne lies on a plot of 1.7 acres and follows the contour of the coastline – only 100 metres away – and benefits from a generous 280sqm of interior living space and 700sqm of outdoor space. This recently built villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms, with space for an extra two children if needed.

The upper level comprises the living, dining and kitchen areas in an open plan layout. All bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the lower level. There is air-conditioning and central heating throughout. This property is perfect for groups wanting to spending time together but the generous outdoor spaces on both levels afford guests the chance to spend some quiet time alone.

Villa Sophianne is located within walking distance of the two most popular beaches of Syros. Despite being a stone’s throw away from the village of Poseidonia, the property feels much more remote and offers the calm and serenity one might wish for on a relaxing holiday. Striking views of the Aegean sea and the uniquely shaped islets of Schinoniso and Stroggyli cast their spell over anyone who visits. Every evening guests get to experience spectacular sunsets.

The infinity pool has to be seen to be believed – with a long area for lap swimming and a shorter, shallow adjoining area with jet sprays for lounging and socialising. The expansive pool deck is where one can sunbathe or read under the shade of the two pergolas. A footpath through the olive grove leads you down to the seafront.

For larger groups, Villa Sophianne can be rented together with Villa Soleil. The villas are located near each other but each is completely private.
