Villa Soleil

Villa Soleil lies on a plot of 2.5 acres and is spread over two floors with a total indoor space of 360sqm and outdoor space of 630sqm. The recently constructed villa accommodates 12 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms.

Aside from the indoor lounge and dining areas there are several outdoor spaces for entertaining – including a large barbecue and eating area under a pergola adjoining the kitchen. There are also two pergolas near the 100sqm pool, one of which has a bar and lounge area. This property is ideal for large groups or families.

Villa Soleil is situated to the south of the island of Syros and boasts breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea. The mesmerising islets of Schinoniso and Stroggyli dominate the foreground, and on the horizon the islands of Sifnos, Serifos, Kithnos and Kea (Tzia) can be spotted. Every evening visitors are treated to magical sunsets. This special location offers guests all the conveniences of the nearby villages of Poseidonia and Foinikas yet the privacy and seclusion that one needs in order to unwind and relax. Set on a generously sized plot, Villa Soleil has a carefully sculpted garden with plants such as lavender, rosemary and thyme blending into the surrounding nature.

The infinity pool is surrounded by a spacious deck where one can soak up the sun or lounge under one of the shady pergolas. Two of the island’s best beaches – Komito and Agathopes – are located within walking distance. If visitors wish to experience the refreshing waters of the Aegean they can reach these beaches within minutes by following a footpath through the garden to the coastline.

For larger groups, Villa Soleil can be rented together with Villa Sophianne. The villas are close to each other but each is completely private.
