This 200 years old stone building has been declared as listed, meaning that it has been placed on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural and Historic Interest and it is owned by the same family for seven generations.

Recently it has been fully restored and renovated with great respect to the existing building after a long research and study of all the architectural features. It has been fully equipped and updated responding to the high standards of modern accommodation. Positioned strategically on an alleyway in a quiet part of the centre of the charming town of Spetses, 3 minutes walk from the port, 10 minutes walk from the old harbor and just around the corner (about 80 meters) from the sandy beach of Agios Mamas.
