The residence is built next to the sea, located on a small peninsula between Paraga beach and Paradise beach, both 5 minutes walking distance.

The interior design of this villa offers plenty of light and the Cycladic architecture is evident throughout the rooms of this stunning vacation rental! The villa consists of two levels. The first floor is an autonomous house of 150 sqm. It consists one spacious en-suite double bedroom with a large closet and a wardrobe and a fireplace. There is also a large living room with a fireplace and a cosy dining area perfect for your gatherings with friends. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your hearty meals!

The outdoor area of the first floor has a large veranda offering magnificent views of Paradise Bay and beach and an alfresco dining table that serves 12 people.

On the ground floor, there are 3 independent studios with direct access to the garden and there is a 4th studio with side view. The 1st studio (65 sqm.) features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a closet and a living room with a large built-in sofa which can be used as a bed. There is also a small kitchenette with refrigerator and a small sink. The second studio of 33 sq. has a twin en-suite bedroom with a bathroom and a wardrobe. There is also one large built-sofa that can be converted into a bed and a small kitchenette with fridge.

The third studio has an area of 31 sq. with 1 double bed, wardrobe, a fridge and a bathroom. The 4th studio covers an area of 28 sq. and has 1 double bedroom en-suite with a bathroom.

Moving outside is where the truly fun begins! Wide terraces surround the house, overlooking magnificent views of Aegean sea. Relax by the private pool or enjoy the shaded outdoor areas of the house. A nice pergola made from stone, a built-in BBQ and a bar make the villa perfect for pool parties, BBQ gatherings or just family nights. There is a captivating garden covered with plants that are supported by the local climate.
