Villa Kiara is located on a hill above Koundouros beach and is comprised of two buildings. This villa has been carefully designed to provide guests with all comforts. It consists of the main house and a guest room. All rooms, have openings that allow fabulous views to the blue sea and create an unexpected contrast with the harshness of the naked stone. It consists of the main house that has 2 levels and the guest house where someone can find one bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The beautiful residence has also on the top floor a comfortably chic living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that can offer to your guests a warm feeling. On the ground floor level there are two master double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 more double en suite bedrooms with private shower bathrooms. There is also an additional guest house featuring a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom.

Moving outside there is a captivating private garden and an infinity pool. Enjoy a sunset cocktail by the pool or relax and exercise during the afternoon.
