Villa Katherine offers interior space of 460 sq. meters and features six bedrooms within the house as well as two independent guest rooms. The villa comprises of three floors. On the ground floor there are impressive living areas that includes a large open plan living room with high ceilings and a fireplace. There is also a study and a dining area opening through French doors to an area shaded by an arched colonnade, with views to the infinity edge pool and surrounding gardens. A well equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor, pergola shaded pool side dining area and wide patios, making an ideal space for alfresco living, dining and relaxing. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en – suite bathroom and large private terraces. On the lower level there are 4 bedrooms en-suite with private bathrooms and a large gym area with various gym equipment and a tennis table.

Moving outside there is a captivating swimming pool where you can sunbathe laying on the comfy sun beds and stunning views of the sea.
