This amazing four bedroom in total property takes up more than 2.200 sqm of a private park, in the northeast side of the island. The housing quarters cover a total of 286 sqm, including the main villa of 186 sqm, a studio of 39 sqm and a 29 sqm independent staff house (plus 32 sqm of warehouse facilities).

On the ground level there are two en-suite double bedrooms fully equipped with coffee machines, minibars, separate clothes closets and king or queen size beds. The guest house can accommodate two more persons since it is an independent private studio of 39 sqm in total, with sitting area, bathroom and private terrace with unlimited sea views.
