The spacious house on the ground floor, offers the ultimate lounging and dining areas decorated in a light contemporary style. The living area opens up to a large terrace offering sensational views of the coastline and the yacht marina below. Additional amenities such as the comfy sun beds and the hammock will help you relax and open up your mind while you are reading your favorite book. There is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and French windows lead to the garden and pool area offering infinite sea views.

On the top floor there is a double bedroom with en suite walk-in shower room with rain and hand held showers and French windows that lead out of the bedroom to a private balcony with panoramic views. On the garden floor there is a large room with seating and piano and a single bedroom with pullout extra bed which is more suitable for children. There is a double bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double basins. There is a twin bedroom with en-suite sauna (for 3-4 persons) and a shower room with walk-in showers.

Moving outside there is a captivating swimming pool where you can sunbathe laying on the comfy sun beds and stunning views of the sea. Use the built-in BBQ under the shade of the palm trees surrounding the pool and offer to your guests the ultimate dining experience. The surrounding garden, with its extensive lawns, is abundantly planted with colorful Mediterranean plants and mature trees.
