Both the village of Kassiopi as well as the closest beach are in walking distance from the house, 350m and 250m respectively. The village offers various shops and supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants while the surrounding beaches, most with pebbles, have the most mesmerizing and clear waters making them ideal for snorkeling and discovery.

On the ground floor which is also the entrance level there is a spacious modern living and dining area and an open plan fully equipped kitchen where you can relax with friends and family or have exclusive dinners and chatting with them. There are also three double en-suite bedrooms and one additional Guest WC.

On the top floor, there is a Master en-suite bedroom with private veranda overlooking the swimming pool. On the lower level, 2 more en-suite bedrooms can be found, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The Gym area is also found on this level as well as the laundry room and another Guest WC with shower. The best room, especially for children is also on the lower level, which is the Playroom fully equipped with DVD Player and PlayStation 3 allowing the children to have a blast!
