Villa Camelia is located in a beautiful secluded location on a hillside just above the village of Nissaki and it enjoys breathtaking coastline views. It is a newly constructed 630 sqm white stone villa situated in the “Kensington on sea region” of the much sought after North East coast of Corfu. A careful blend of contemporary and antique furniture creates a creative, comfortable and inspirational atmosphere. Every thought has gone into this modern architectural stylish property accompanied by various modern touches and has been a high priority for creating a practical and functional property for groups of friends and families to enjoy their vacation.

The villa consists of three levels. The ground floor which is also the pool level features 1 bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with large thermostatic walk – in shower, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room.

On the first floor there is one master bedroom with super king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with thermostatic walk in shower and private balcony offering amazing sea views. There is also a mezzanine with direct access via spiral staircase from the lounge area on the ground floor, an office desk and a double sofa bed.

The lower ground floor which is also the garden level there is one master en-suite bedroom with super king sized 4 poster bed, one double sofa bed and a private shaded terrace with sea views. There are also two family suites with single beds that can also make a king sized sharing a bathroom with bath and shower. On the same floor there is the storage and laundry room and special massage room as well as tv and yoga room. Each room has a satellite plasma TV, there is a DVD player in the ground floor’s sitting area, while there is also a direct phone line, a safe and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

Villa Camelia can also be distinguished by its outdoor-spaces. There is an infinity swimming pool where you will spend most of your time. Sunbathe by the pool or enjoy the shaded sitting areas drinking your cocktail. Party with your friends while having a BBQ and dine at the elegant seating area.
