Villa Amelia is a luxury villa rental that offers the ultimate Greek holiday experience. She can accommodate 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and features a private swimming pool and a vast variety of amenities that add the feeling of a five-star-resort.

The villa is a beautifully built stone structure, dating from the 1930s and fully renovated in 2013, stands in private land of 5,000 square meters. The calm atmosphere and the location of the villa, make it an ideal holiday home for families, and friends. The Villa is located only 500 meters away from Aegina Town and its port and just 20 meters away from the sea, separated from the water by the road.

The residents of the villa can enjoy the enchanting view of the Saronic Bay spread out in front of them. Laze on a lounger by its iridescent pool and you’ll be caressed by the sun and the soft breeze from the sea. The design gives you the feeling of a truly Greek island villa. Every thought has gone into this stylish property and has been a high priority for creating a practical and functional property for groups of friends and families to enjoy their vacation.

Villa Amelia consists of two floors. Each floor has its own independent entrance, but there is also an interior staircase which connects the two floors. All rooms are fully air-conditioned / heated, and hot water is available continuously.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, two of which offer a breathtaking view of the Saronic Bay and its magnificent sunsets. The third bedroom has windows which overlook the garden of the villa.  Each bedroom has a comfortable king size double bed (except one which offers a queen size bed), a large wardrobe and a writing desk. There is also a living room, a spacious, fully equipped  kitchen, a large bathroom which includes a bath with shower, and a separate WC. The lower floor also consists of three bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a large wardrobe and a writing desk. There is a spacious living room divided into two sections, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with both a bath and shower and two separate WCs.

Moving outside there is a captivating swimming pool where you can sunbathe laying on the comfy sun beds and stunning views of the sea. Let your mood guide you and simply pick your preferred spot at the garden to relax reading your favorite book. The garden has a wide variety of trees including many pistachio trees, the ‘trademark’ of the island. There is also a wide range of flowers and bushes and a number of palm trees, which make the garden even more beautiful. Enjoy a sunset cocktail by the pool or exercise during the afternoon.
