Villa Agnes

Beachfront Villa Agnes is an 8-bedroom luxury propery located on one of the best locations of the island, Soros beach, one minute walk within the property to the magnificent beach. It’s a 10 minute drive from the town and port.

The main house consists of a large living room/ dining room area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, the guest bathroom, one Master sea view bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the upper floor, another Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor with sea view as well.

Walking along the corridor we have 2 more large bedrooms on the ground floor, both with en-suite bathrooms and sea view. One has a large double bed and two twin beds on the mezzanine and a private veranda on the side. The second bedroom has twin beds and another two twin beds on the mezzanine. All 3 ground floor bedrooms have immediate access to the large swimming pool and outdoor living/ lounging space.

In addition there is a fully equipped laundry area and fridge in the basement as well as two spacious maids’ rooms with a shared bathroom and storage area. A separate bungalow with one large bedroom with a double bed, and another room with three single beds against the wall that can serve as couches or beds. The bungalow has one bathroom, a kitchenette and private veranda facing the sea.

Next to the main house there are another two rooms, one bedroom on the upper floor with two twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a balcony facing the sea, the other bedroom/TV room is located on the ground floor which can accommodate up to four people with an en-suite bathroom.

Moving outside there is a captivating infinite swimming pool where you can sunbathe laying on the comfy sun beds and stunning views of the sea. Let your mood guide you and simply pick your preferred spot at the garden to relax reading your favorite book. Enjoy a sunset cocktail by the pool or exercise during the afternoon.
