The K Complex is a two luxury villa complex is the ideal place for your luxury villa rentals in Koufonisia that offers the ultimate Greek holiday experience. At a distance 3o0m from the Koufonissi town and some minutes from the sea, at one of the most beautiful places of the island, with a breathtaking view to the Aegean sea and the village, the private 2-villa complex  comprises 2 independent luxurious but at the same time of traditional architecture villas  “k-One” and “k-Two” 310 m² each one, with a common-use swimming pool of 100 m² and a large and rich mediterranean garden.

Both villas feature two levels: a main entrance level with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining & living room and large outdoor space and a lower level with 1 bedroom, gym, spa area & laundry room.

On the main floor, each villa can cater 6 people, then both villas totally 12 people. On the lower level of Villa k-Two there is a small suite for 4 people and on that one of Villa k1 there is a bedroom for 3 people, so both villas can finally cater up to 19 people. Each villa has its own gym, ping pong, sauna, hammam, & jacuzzi. In order to offer more entertainment to our guests we constructed a terrain for mini soccer, volleyball (artificial turf, 22x14m), place for yoga – pilates and a lovely playground for small children.

Ideal for groups of friends and families, our new establishment (built in 2010) can also prove to be unique for larger groups who wish to spend their holidays together while retaining privacy between the two villas.

The villas are surrounded by a garden of 5000 m² fully integrated in the Cycladic landscape and natural terrain of the island. A small melon field and herb patch guarantees few fresh biological vegetables for the visitors. The garden also offers many spots for relaxation and enjoying the view for those that would wish to explore it or be on private, away from the swimming pool and the sitting areas. In the garden there is a small terrain for mini soccer, volleyball, a place for yoga-pilates and a playground for small children.

Children also enjoy the ping pong and the basketball in the pool. A small water cascade separates the children’s pool of 20 m² from the big one which has a hydro massage. Around the pool, there are two built sitting areas with tables, comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. The small pool bar is equipped with a fridge, & music system. You can always connect your mobile and play your preferable own music even with air play IOS or Android.

Both villas are surrounded by big verandas, each of them has comfortable bamboo seats and a large dining table and chairs for moments of relaxation and enjoying your meals. At the back of each villa, there is the barbecue and the traditional oven along with another dining set.

This private property with a really unrivalled panoramic view, will offer you never-ending moments of relaxation and at those nights that you will choose to sit next to the pool, away from the island’s night-life, it will take you to a journey to the stars in the light of the candles and the sound of your favorite music.
