Villa Heather is a luxury villa to rent in Porto Heli offering the ultimate Greek holiday experience. She can accommodate up to 14 guests in 8 bedrooms and offers a vast variety of amenities that add the feeling of a five-star-resort.

The house consists of eight bedrooms in total – five in Main House plus two in Guest House & one Guest Garden Suite surrounded by a beautiful garden with pool and panoramic sea views.

This modern estate is located in the prestigious area of Costa very close to Porto Heli, just across Spetses Island. Just a 3-minute walk away from the sea, the property offers tranquility and peace. 

The Main House consists of a two-storey residence with excellent panoramic views of the sea and lush garden. The ground floor hosts three bedrooms in total overlooking the garden! Specifically there are one spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one single and one double bedroom with shared bathroom. The top floor features a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious relaxed living room where you can relax and a dining area. There are also 1 master bedroom en-suite with bathroom, dressing area, sitting area, kitchenette and a private terrace. There is also an adjoining kid’s bedroom with its own bathroom!

On the Garden Level there are two guest houses. The first one features one double bedroom en-suite with sitting area and a kitchenette and one double bedroom with bathroom. There is also an independent studio for staff with bathroom and kitchenette. The second guest house has one double bedroom with bathroom, sitting area and a private terrace.

The real fun begins when going to the outdoors spaces where there is a large private swimming pool and spacious shaded dining and seating areas with views to the amazing sea. Enjoy a sunset cocktail by the pool or relax and exercise during the afternoon. A dining and BBQ area is set upon the lawn overlooking the sea.
